CHRISTIAN FORMATION:

Youth Sunday School: Sunday School is provided in the classrooms in the Parish Hall for children ages 4 to 18. These classes are staffed by trained teachers and assistants. Sunday School meets at 9:10 am each Sunday, September through June.

Episcopal Youth Community (EYC): The EYC offers opportunities for service, spiritual growth, fun, fundraising, and fellowship for all youth in 6th grade through 12th grade. Some activities are for St. George’s EYC only; others will be with the Convocation, the Diocese, the National church, and community churches. Membership is not limited to communicants of St. George’s.

Adult Christian Exploration (ACE): Christian education is a lifelong process, which helps give meaning to our lives. St. George’s offers a variety of educational programs to adults throughout the year. The programs vary in theme and format, but are always Bible-based, and are suitable for beginners as well as veterans of Bible exploration. The ACE class meets Sunday mornings from 9:10 to 10:00 am in Gravely Hall. The nursery is available.

Nursery: Children 3 years and younger are cared for in the Nursery during the Sunday School hour beginning at 9:10 a.m. through the conclusion of the 10:30 a.m. Sunday Service, September through June.

Nursery services are provided for children 4 years and younger during the Summer schedule mid-June through September. The Nursery is staffed from 9:10 a.m. (beginning of the Adult Sunday School class) through the conclusion of the 10:00 a.m. Sunday Service.
